The nurses cover up mistakes and are so ignorant they can't understand the docs med orders. Then they fire the smartest nurses because they are drug addict African Americans that work their. Don't put your loved one here for sure. I worked there and was set up by those scum!

After having visited several facilities in Rock Hill, we knew immediately that White Oak was the right place for our mother. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They listen to any concerns and address them immediately. The facility is top-notch. We live over 100 miles away, so the nurses kept us informed by phone. If there was ever a problem or concern we were contacted immediately. Mom was well taken care of and treated with dignity and respect. We would recommend White Oak to others who are looking for a safe, secure home for their loved one.

Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding

Somewhat, they should have been more polite

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
