I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment. One of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more up to date. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. my dad is being neglected and I highly recommend you put your loved one where the assistance do care. The place is always dirty. My dad is rarely clean. His room is never clean. The staff is not friendly. And I'm looking to place him elsewhere now. Complaining to management didn't help either.

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion
