The staff was very friendly and helpful. They interacted with the residents and th residents seemed very happy. Residents was clean and looked very nice.

Their equipment appeared to be old and out of date. I wouldn't trust them to care for my loved one after I saw first hand how unsafe their facility is. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
