Windermere's administration coordinator, Taurus Musier was so nice and helpful for my family. My Aunt is living there, and my ex-mother in law was staying at another nursing home. We wanted to move them in the same facility. They have always had a close bond. Not only did Ms. Musier work hard to get her their, but was able to get them in the same room. What a wonderful reunion those two had! I want to thank Taurus Musier for her hard work and kindness. Windermere is highly recommended!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I would not allow my DOG to visit this facility. My father in law was here earlier this year . Thank God he is no longer there. He has been moved to another facility where the staff is actually caring rather than WINDEMERE.
My father in law asked for a nitro glycerin tablet and after the third time they brought him a sleeping tablet, This cost him 5 days in the University Hospital. When I had a meeting withe the DON, SOCIAL DIRECTOR, AND THE ADMINISTRATOR I WAS INFORMED THAT IT'S USUALLY THE QUIET ONES THAT GET IGNORED. WINDEMERE TRULY SICKENS ME.
