This is a great place. they really care about the people they care for. not just a job to them. my husband and mom are here so glad to have such a caring group of people, taking care of them when I can't.

They do an excellent job providing care for the seniors. They truly care about the patients. The place is very clean and they keep the patient clean. They have a great task in providing care for these elderly people and I applaud them for their care.

No, they could have used some continuing education courses
Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you?
Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not one bit

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did you feel safe in this provider's care?
Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
