This is not a good facility to put anyone you care about into. It is not kept clean, the food is terrible, and there are only a very few of the staff who actually care about the patients as people. The administration seems to turn a blind eye to the patient's concerns & emotions. The staff work to create a system along with uncaring family and power of attorneys, that virtually enslave the elderly into their money mill. Nursing staff did not take steps toward watching my friend as a fall risk, or monitor her. It should come as no surprise that when my friend fell, and broke a hip, she did become bed-bound. I dealt with this home for years, and even had to stop 2 of the aides from yelling at residents. They were later fired but what if I had not turned them in? When is enough enough, and we give the elderly residents a safe, comfortable, kind place to live, for only those who need it, and protect them so that their assets are not stripped away!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

No, I left confused and frustrated

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
