D r. McFarland is the most gentle, caring doctor I have ever visited in my lifetime. He not only takes his time with his patients, but he also explains his procedures. HIs staff is also extremely pleasant, and he accepts my dental plan. I have not ever been more pleased with a Dentist! And his staff calls to ensure to see if I had any concerns the next day.

This dental office gave me a price but when I checked out the told me double of what I was originally quoted for the exact same treatment! !! The office manager told my insurance wouldn't cover my procedure but the service was billed out to my insurance company and it paid 80 %. I was never notified that I had a credit balance on my account! !! I had to go in the office and demand a refund. If you go here you need to check and make sure you don't have a credit on your account because they will never tell you! !!
