Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I had an inflamed toe that was infected. He took a skin culture and put me on antibiotics. He never asked to see me back. Six weeks later called and told me was no infection. The infection came back and I went to another podiatrist. He knew right away that it was an ingrown toenail. Dr. Buffone is supposed to be a podiatrist but cant identify a common foot problem like an ingrown toenail? How shameful, stay away from this guy.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They really have a state-of-the-art facility that just blows their competitors out of the water. I was really impressed by their advanced and sophisticated equipment. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
