This dr could care less about you smile but the money in his pocket..I had an infection that was a parasite bug would not help he. I've been a patient for 12 years. completely turned me away. Please stay away and beware.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I've been a patient of the fathers for almost 12 years. Was seen in the sons office Dr. Craig Ratner. Once the father retired I was treated as though I had never been a longtime patient of the fathers. The staff was decent, however they claimed they could not find my medical records and charged me for all new xrays. Dr. Craig Ratner came in to look at my teeth for two minutes, and in addition to being charged 200 $ for new xrays I was charged 110$ for a 2 minute "comprehensive" oral exam.
I was not provided with any information regarding the cost of xrays or payment options available. Felt I was being ripped off by this practice. Taking my business elsewhere.
