Best dentist I have ever been to ,from the min. you step into the door till the min. you leave. they give you the greatest service and really make you feel that they care, from the receptionist to the assistants to Dr.Carpio. 5 STARS!!

It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The doctor took his time to explain all of the procedures I needed to me. He has such a gentle hand and great chair side manner. Everyone in the office makes me feel right at home, they treat me with the upmost respect and professionalism, and always remember details from my last visit and conversations with them. I used to be afraid of the dentist, but not anymore. Dr, Carpio is a fantastic doctor and his staff is absolutely delightful.

I was visiting in Miami and felt some tooth pain when eating. I happened to be in the neighnorhood of Dr. Carpio's office and decided to check if they had availability (since I was flying out of country the next day) and would accept my insurance. Dr. Carpio agreed to see me and the insurance was OK. I had to wait a bit, but that was understandable due to the emergency visit. Dr. Carpio and his staf. Did a thorough and thoughtful evaluation of the problem and explained the options. There was no pressure to go either way. I decided on a filling and Dr. Carpio did a great job numbing the tooth - I didn't feel even the needle. I would recommend this dentist to my friends and family based on the admitted limited knowledge I have of him at this point.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
