Was told I had to have my toenails removed. However, when I got a 2nd opinion, I was told that there were other options. I felt like I was rushed through the office, and I wondered if the staff really cared about me at all. I also see that they go through staff rather quickly. No one stays longer than a few months. That says to me it is an upper management issue.
Won't go back. You should consider whether you should too.

Dr has wonderful receptionist.. However he sucks..he examed my feet after taking expensive X-ray... He then recited a speech to me....not to be interrupted with questions.. Then he examed the bunion correction package I purchased off the internet ( eBay) for $15...he was fascinated in my opinion... Then told me I needed a insert for my shoes ..that they were expensive.. He would check to see what insurance would pay for...I'm on Medicaid... When I left the room he & 2 ladies were huddled in conversation... I never heard from him again... Its been 3 months... Thank goodness for my eBay & bunion correction package... The toe spaces help allot...they are correcting my problem...I still haven't tried the toe exercise band....I will never go back to this Dr nor recommend him....2 thumbs down

Their equipment was really impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
