I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision.I am very disappointed in the service that my child and I had received here back in December. One of the front office staff was completely unprofessional. Although, I did like my assistant, Tanya. When I arrived at the practice, Kim was rude not only to me, but to the other front office gal. I felt bad for her. Even though she had numerous people to check in, I felt she gave me the attention and service I expected from the whole office as best as possible. Unfortunately, that's not how it was. I couldn't understand why the one gal was checking in 3 families at one time, when Kim (the other front office gal) was sitting at the computer next to her, and didn't bother to ask if I had any questions after I checked my daughter in. It wasn't until Jenn asked if there was something she can help me with. After that initial first visit, I was told about a possible extraction that was needed for my daughter by Dr. Polsky. I was hesitant on scheduling this appointment just because of the service I received. I then scheduled the extraction appointment with a sedative, but the morning of the appointment, I received a call from the Puyallup office, stating that they needed to cancel the appointment due to our doctor was out. I understand things happen, but when I take a day off of work, I would appreciate more notice other than 20minutes before my child's appointment @ 10:00am. After that, I did not schedule another appointment. Since then, my daughter has lost the tooth that they wanted to extract. Was this a tactic just to get more money?

Terrible Experience! My sons were in so much pain during the operation. She did not even try to comfort my kids when they were in pain. I do not recommend them. Dr. Polsky and Kids Choice Dental - not recommended. They charged my insurance too much!!

Very happy with the service here. Dr. Polsky is freaking awesome! My three year old daughter had a playground accident and there were some changes that worried us. We called the emergency number, Dr. Polsky called us right back and had us text a picture of the injury site. It's Mother's Day today. So impressed with the customer service! Everyone in the office was so nice and treated our little girl like a princess. It made a very upsetting situation as good as it could be!

I started taking my son to Kid's Choice Dental in Puyallup, WA about a year and a half ago now and during his 2nd six-month check-up with them, the Dental Hygenist very rudely made it knowledgeable to the entire office, patients included that he wasn't very good at brushing his teeth and claimed it looked like he hasn't in awhile and I know for a fact he brushes his teeth, I give him no choice in the matter. Granted there are times he skips out on it after being told to do so, but come on what kid doesn't at least complain about brushing their teeth and at times doesn't. I know how sneaky he can be and I make sure I watch him. Also he was scheduled for his next check-up on 10/25/10 but I forgot about it because I had misplaced the appointment card. They didn't even bother to make a courtesy call to remind me of the appointment the day before. I found the card today and called to reschedule his appointment and they want $50 for missing the appointment. They need to realize that these appointment cards get lost or misplaced and therefore appointments get forgotten about especially after 6-months have passed. I won't be taking him back there, I am in the process of finding him a new dentist. The appointment would have never been missed if they would have made it an effort to make a courtesy call like most doctor's offices of any kind does.
