HORRIBLE! BE AWARE! Billed me for an "extended office visit" when the majority of the visit was her having serious complications with her lap top during the appointment. I had sent her all my completed "new patient" forms before our visit weeks in advance and when I arrived she had not even reviewed or opened the attached email of documents I had sent! Again the lap top was needed for her to then input all the information I had already sent on the forms previously in advance to the appointment....But lap top was continuing to unplug at the battery which would cause her to have to start over several times. I gave the Dr ample opportunity and 2 years to make things right and today I have concluded she will not.

After two years of slow progress and frustrating setbacks working with other doctors and on my own, it was a relief to meet Dr. Pepel. For the first time I feel like my health challenges are being investigated from as many angles as possible, and the links between my persistent problems with digestion, mood, and energy level are becoming clearer. She has helped me get a realistic picture of what my healing process will look like and to educate me on how I can address symptoms both individually and as a whole. She has been aggressive both in getting answers through testing and with making sure I’m comfortable through herbs and other supplements, but I never feel as though I’m being overloaded with these things.

Dr. Pepel’s confidence is genuine and reassuring, and she is also humble enough to say, “I don’t know” when that is appropriate. It is a relief to have a doctor who not only has a sense of humor but also the compassion to sit with you when you are feeling your worst.

She is generous with her time and it is easy to forget you are not her only patient, because she does treat you as if you are. It is obvious that working as a naturopath and healer is not just her livelihood but her passion. Her attitude helps motivate me to have the discipline and presence of mind to do the things that only I can do to further improve my health.

When I visited Dr. Pepel's Family Practice on SW Quarry Road, I had the most life changing experience for my own life and my childrens lives.
Dr. Pepel has given me confidence in natural remedies.
She cared for my toddler son, when no other doctor could cure his ailment.
Along with our healthy lifestyle these natural remedies she has helped us include into daily routine have given us clarity, freedom from allergies and knowledge about natural healing.
