I had known of Split Endz existence for some time, but I had never actually gone in until just recently. I was able to walk in to their clean and asthetically pleasing facility and be seated with a stylist immediately. I only went in for an eyebrow wax, but was very impressed by how easy it was to walk in without an appointment and not have to wait. Shelly was my stylist's name and she was very gentle and considerate with my eyebrows, she talked to me to distract me from the pain of waxing and made me feel very comfortable. I was a little put off when Shelly answered her phone in the middle of helping me, but that is the only complaint I have. The salon's supplies were very impressive, usually when I get my eyebrows done, I end up with very red, chapped, swollen skin around the waxed areas, but the calming solution Shelly used was very effective and I didn't even have to walk around with a bag on my head for the rest of the day to cover up a pink unibrow! The best part was the price, at other salons I usually pay twelve dollars, but at Split Endz I only paid ten! This salon is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
