Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Split Endz is a place I would highly recomend.the girls there, know and like their business . It is a happy place and comfortable.Jennifer is my hairdresser. She fits me in and comes in on Sunday and holidays if need be. She is very educatede in hair color and other chemical services. Price range is affordable in this economic time. I have gone to her for a while now and the out come is ALWAYS GREAT!!!!!

Do not go to Jennifer. She promised me that she was going to "fix" my hair and it turned out awful. I just wanted to get out of there. I asked her to fix what mistake she made and she said she was going to charge me for it. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
