They were terrible. Thi Nguyen who used to be the owner who is a stylist there now is out of her mind. She has cut my hair for almost 12 years or so. I was getting married and she gave me the worst hair cut of my life. Started cutting below the crown and hacked a whole section off so now there is a ledge or a self where the length used to be. It's like it was on purpose. I was getting married in 2 weeks!!! It was so bad I had to get extensions put in to hide the self.
