I have been VERY happy for almost 10 years now! Lots of fun and laughes with fair prices and great styles.
I want to address Ann though...
If you went in with the "closed sign showing" then what did you expect? Sounds like they closed early. Maybe you should make an appointment, this is NOT supercuts after all. I also don't believe even for a second that anyone was rude to you.
If you just need to vent then please find a better way to do so and stop trying to dirty the reputation of a GREAT salon and WONDERFUL people.

Oh, by the way, the ONLY male who works at A Fresh Look is not only a hair stylist but also the owner.

I went in there Saturday September 8, 2012 at 6:15. Closed sign showing. Explained I'd come there several times and they are always closed even during OPEN hours. No one in the shop except a desk person and a hair stylist. I asked them what their hours were and the hair stylist told me all of the days except Saturday. I asked her what are your hours today. Her reply open untill 8:00. If we don't have customers we close early. I replied, "Can I get a hair cut?" The guy at the desk says loudly, "NO! we cannot give you a hair cut I've already closed the books." . I said, "Ok". I was very embarrased for them that they were not client friendly, had closed books 1 hour and 45 minutes before closing, and appeared that I was bothering them by coming to their shop asking for a hair cut. Am I going back there? NO NO NO

The salon was easy enough to find. They made sure every single need I had was answered, and are always available for an appt. at the last minute. I was so impressed with the service and the quality of designs and color that they chose for me and I always walked out happy with the knowledge that I had a cutting edge hair cut and exceptional products along with an explanation on how to utilize everything I walked out with to its utmost best. Chris keeps up to date with continued education and it is reflected in the product. The banter is personal, not superficial and their concern for their customers is genuine, I would encourage patronage to this establishment
