I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I loved that the staff didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want. I've been to other salons where the staff wouldn't leave me alone, but they didn't do that here. They styled my hair exactly how I asked. I went out right after and got so many compliments. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I don't write reviews unless I have received extremely good or extremely bad service.2 weeks ago, I went in for 12 mins of tanning. After I was in the bed for a long time, I shut the bed off and saw that 8 mins were remaining. I knew I had been in longer than 4 mins because I had listened to at least 13 mins of music. I complained, SHE DID NOT APOLOGIZE. Everyone makes mistakes, just be willing to apologize if you do.Today, I went in for a tan, the man behind the counter received a text- as I was standing in front of him and waiting to be assigned a room- and ANSWERED IT!! I couldn't believe it. After my tan, I complained and told him I thought it was rude. He disagreed and did NOT APOLOGIZE or show any remorse. Go to the Laundry Basket or anywhere else. I'm going to ask for a refund.
