They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was satisfied with my beauty treatment from Madison Avenue Style. I liked what they did and will be going back. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
