All of the hair stylists are professional, skilled and friendly, except that one new hair "stylist". The woman with a really thick Spanish accent has no idea on how to cut hair and is very dishonest about it with no customer service skills. I wander how she got her cosmetology licence without knowing how to cut hair, but she can color though.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. My hair looks horrible. I asked for 2 inches off and she took 6! It's longer one one side than the other. Worst manicure ever! Unsanitary. The manicurist had dirt under her chipped broken nails. She kept wiping her face/nose with the front of her shirt. My 7 yo. could have given me a better manicure. Filed crooked. the polish peeled off just hour later. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

The hair stylists are skilled and very easy to talk to. They can wash, color, cut, and style the hair of a customer in a wheelchair all while she is in the wheelchair.
