Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my haircut, once someone was able to fit me in. The office was easy enough to find. Each stylist is renting their own space, so if you aren't a regular customer, you may find all of them preoccupied as a walk-in customer. I didn't have a bad experience, but felt that calling ahead and setting an appointment would have been much preferable to the walk-in scenario. It is a very popular salon among long-time residents here.
