It was my first time at Changes. The parking was very convenient. I found a spot right away. My hair looked so beautiful when I left. My stylist did a wonderful job. It's a great haircut. My hair falls into place without much effort on my part. I was so impressed by how respectful and courteous the staff was. They made me feel very welcome. They didn't use any foul language, and didn't gossip in front of their clients. I didn't have to wait hardly at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running close to on time, which I really appreciate.

Love this place! The ladies there are all so nice and more importantly I never leave dissatisfied. The price is really great ($25 for a haircut with a wash for extremely long hair).

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and Faye was a great hairdresser that fit my face to my hairstyle.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The equipment they used was very advanced. It was safe and well taken care of. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
