Livid and disgusted! I made an appointment a week in advance. When I got there, Mouna was already braiding someone's hair. I waited for an hour, and was stuck because I had to go on a trip that evening. Then she had me to go in a corner with her to talk pricing privately. I was getting braids without extensions. I even showed her a picture of my hairstyle from a different braider. She wanted me to text her the picture of what the other braider did. I told her no. I wasn't about to allow her to claim somebody else's work. She quoted me $80. Did 1/2 my hair and told me it was going to be another $20 for her to finish! Her kids was running around the shop and trying to sell me stuff. I got up and left. I had to go to someone else and pay for them to finish my hair. The places smelled like body odor and looked dirty. Ridiculous!

Not at all, they rushed me out and left my hair wet!
