I am trying to make an appointment, but I do not get an answer or even an answering machine. It just rings and rings and then quits. I have use the # they gave me, and when I didn't get an answer then I looked this one up on the website. I might go somewhere else if I have to drive over there just to get the appointment.

When they get rid of the one nasty, ugly dispositioned stylist that never works but sits with a :( face......and is beyond rude, I MIGHT be back. For now no. I loved Patricia and most all employees. I am a 20 - 25 % tipper. Make the hate go away and I'll return. Sorry. But you have one that destroys the whole. I noticed her waaay back last year before I was turned over to Patricia. I iwill pass along my opinions and experience to my friends. I do appreciate the unsolicited free appointment. Good on the management. Black hair/nasty girl should have been immediately sent home though. Going to Nebraska for my next hair appointment.

Somewhat, they should have been more polite
Did your hair stylist dry and style your hair after your hair cut?
The stylist quickly dried and styled my hair, but she/he didn't go above and beyond.
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
Not at all, they were ridiculous!
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Yes, they used the best brands on the market

Yes, they are known for being good at what they do
Did your hair stylist make sure he/she didn't spray water in your face?
Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.
Was this provider's office too cold?
No, it was fine
Did the stylist spend extra time washing your hair?
Yes, she/he even massaged my scalp. It felt great!
