i had a picture of what i wanted the picture was right at the salon, however the staff barely looked at the picture i left with a hair cut i hated that didnt look anything like the picture. she cut the front way too short now it just sticks out again i hate it i did return to see what if anything could be done she made some suggestions of pulling some of the back hair forward but then cut that too short so i am still stuck with a hair cut i hate. she didnt engage in conversation at either visit i would never suggest this place and feel i should be refunded the money this horrible haircut cost me
