I went to this shop twice. The first time Joanne gave me a great haircut and was quite pleasant. The next time someone else cut my hair, i think her name was samantha. She was distracted, used very dull scissors and that pulled my hair. The cut looked okay after styling, but after washing again and on closer look it was a very bad haircut! I went to another salon in La Crosse to get it fixed, which meant a shorter haircut than I wanted at the time.
