I was extremely disappointed in my experience at Alpha Omega. Although the salon itself was nice, the staff was not. I had my nails done for the first time by Raena, and she asked a few questions about me but was mainly silent, unfriendly, and plain rude. I would not recommend this salon in the least....there are several salons that offer lower prices, better service, and most importantly, friendlier staff in the area.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
Absolutely, they were an expert!

I was so impressed with the atmosphere and friendliness at the salon. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I had my nails done by Reana and they turned out so beautiful and she is a wonderful person to chat with while she does your nails. Whether it's just pink and white acrylic or her awesome nail art, her work is supurb and her prices are MORE than reasonable. I continue to go because it is such a great experience.
