I've been going to Richard's for years, but it's my husband who's now truly enamored with him. After getting a haircut with Richard for our wedding, he swears he'll never go to anyone else.

I like Richard, he's a quite guy but likes to tell a funny story or two. When I get my haircut I don't like to gab about the weather or town gossip so I can enjoy my experience. Outside of a cool glass of wine getting my hair done is my therapy. The other ladies in the salon working there add a lot of pep to the place which I like.
I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. A couple of friends have told me about stylists that take personal phone calls during beauty treatments, and I always thought that was so rude. Thankfully, they don't do that here, their full attention is always on me. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. The office was easy enough to find. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. The owner of the salon seem annoyed with the customers, she was not friendly at all, absolutely no convenient parking available.
