My stylist made sure to not spray water in my face. I felt very relaxed. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I like the idea of being mostly "walk-ins" customers even though they have days for appointments also. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
