They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I couldn't believe how clean their entire facility was. It was by far the cleanest salon I have ever seen.
