Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Been going here for years and they are very knowledgable, take the time to hear what you want, and put their professionalism to work for you. Took a break and tried some other places/stylist, but been back here for several years again now and wouldn't want to give up my great stylist Shawna!
