I never have to wait at all for my appointment, it is great. One thing I have noticed the shop is always clean. Everyone makes me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I have referred several friends to this salon ----- all have been happy. I have been attended by different stylists & all are great --- but Tori is the bomb!

Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.
