Most of the time, I can count on a good experience, however, they are pushy with the sales. I actually planned to ask about some products and make a purchase, but insulting me about what products I do use just makes me angry and unwilling to spend my money on it there. Apparently that is how it is done there, nearly every time I go there, that is how I feel.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were very helpful and worked with me to properly position my special needs daughter for a beautiful child's cut! You just don't find service like that everywhere! And the prices are quite reasonable.
