to be honest it was the worst salon experience ever and customer service sucks!...for starters i took two pictures of what i wanted my hair to look like and she said she could do it...big lie i couldn barely tell that she it was dyed red unless i was in the sun so i called to see if they can fix it well when i called i asked to speak to the girl whos station i was at based on the name on the certificate name well turns out the person who did my hair was floating from station to station and she didnt introduce herself to me so the next day i felt like a complete idiot when i walked in and saw the girl who did my hair and told her i spoke to her on the phone..needless to say it was a big mess well the girl who origianlly did my hair did it again and my results were still crappy with very little improvment and get this i have to pay AGAIN..not the full amount but still i should not have to pay to fix your mistakes!! well after calling jessica the owner over a span of three days...six calls, and three messages she finally called me back after about 5days from my first message!! she then almost made me feel like it was my fault for not being verbal enough with my styleist when truth be told i had a pic and i was verbal i speak english just fine thankyou....and when i asked if i would have to pay again she stated it would be up to the stylist... i refuse to pay again heck i dont even want to waste my time bc they had two chances and still couldnt deliever...this salon cares to much about thier college merchandise then they do hair....so do yourself a favor and save yourself alot of time and money and go elsewhere!!....i dont ask for much and i hate to complain but when i am sitting in a chair for four hours and pay a large amount of money i expect to get what i asked for!

Amazing! They are always friendly, except for maybe one little blonde girl whom always looks as though she smelled something fowl. They educate you on everything from how to maintain your color to products to use for various styles!

The Fringe is an upscale, classy salon with wonderful stylists. They all know exactly what they are doing and they do it well! The owner of this salon is one of the most kind and compassionate people I have ever met. She does tons of fundraisers and drives for various causes, including the storm victims in Chickasha. This place is awesome and you can shop while you are there! They are truly experts. Rock on FRINGE!!!

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They didn't educate me on anything about the pink fading after only 1 week. Color was blotchy and hair cut was very uneven.
I just got off the phone with FRINGE Owner, Jessica. I was suppose to go in to have the owner fix my hair. She told me she talked to Kristin M. that I had not shown up to my appt for her to refix my hair. That's right because I didn't want Kristin to fix it because she should have done it right the first time. I told her just forget it then, she said ok, I started talking and that BIOTCH hung up on me. Yeah, THE OWNER HUNG UP ON ME. I will NEVER go back to FRINGE again. I am going to write my story on every freakin review board I can. It's not like I was yelling at her or cussing. That is NOT right, NOT professional. I hope that those who have had bad experiences with their company will PLEASE make their review. Don't be afraid, The public needs to know the good and the bad.
I'm not the one to just go on a frinzy, but this was wrong. I have my own company and I have never treated anyone of my customers with that kind of disrespect. Sure Fringe has clientele because no one knows about the bad crap til they all get together and talk. Sure there are some great stylist there because they take pride in what they do. FRINGE, you are on my shit list. Rude, very rude for the "owner" to hang up on a customer that was trying to talk. You didn't even give me a chance to finish what I was going to say next.
