I recently returned to Berkshire because I heard they were under new ownership. Once I got there I noticed all the great changes that had been made. The new owners are obviously taking good care of it! (For the lady above...) the shelves are now completely stocked and have been every time I go to get any Bumble or Dermalogica product, which told me things were much going better for them. I have been back multiple times and I think it's great! :)

i have been going to this salon for a couple years now and I called to make an appointment with my stylist and the receptionist told me she was no longer there and that she could not tell me where she was. All she could do was set me up with another stylist. I've seen the others before and do not want to again! So, i'm on a desperate search now! Also, every time I go in to buy my bumble product there is nothing on the shelves! It's very frustrating!
