Very rude receptionist when my wife called and asked if any appointments where available tomorrow . In a condescending voice she laughed and said here? Then said No! Instead of speaking politely and looking when next available time was open.

I am trying to reach you by telephone and can't get you. Perhaps there is something wrong with your 'phone. After a lot of rings, a man's voice comes on and says, "Please enter your remote access code." I have no such thing. I need to cancel my appointment tomorrow,
Oct. 22 at 1:30 with Sue. This is the only way I can find, on your web site, to get in touch. I am not trying

They have absolutely fantastic customer service. I called to find out the price of my beauty treatment and they answered the phone within a couple of rings. They were happy to answer all of my questions and give me the price of my beauty treatment over the phone. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
