very disappointed, my daughter never had her hair colored , amber colored it and it had tiger marks it was orange and when I called her several times on Saturday and left message for her to call back she didn't return my call, so we drove over to the salon, amber didn't give good customer service in fact she was very an accommodating and said well I can't do anything about it till next Saturday to tell a 16 girl that her orange hair isn't going to be fixed ,is not ok with me... needless to say, I will jot go back.

I have been going to Regina for over ten Years. as long as she is employed at Hair 11 I will always take my business there, All the other employees are just as wonderful. Great business

Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.

For years I bounced from salon to salon almost NEVER returning to the same place, until a friend recommended Hair II. I have been using Dianna for almost 10 years and LOVE the entire experience. She knows her color and the latest styles. I know that the entire staff attends hair trade shows at least a couple times each year. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. They provide the service quality of top salons (I have friends that drive to Nashville and spend more than double what I pay for the same treatments) with the "small town" feel as if I were at Truvy's from Steel Magnolias. I highly recommend Hair II to anyone looking for a new salon. I know you will love it!!!
