They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The Brazilian Keratin did not work, ..they had to borrow a watered down solution from another salon!
