They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. The owner Cindy was beyond rude , arrogant , and uncaring You might as well be invisible to her ,all she cares about Is how much of a tip your going to leave . Go somewhere else so many other salons in area with kinder ,and more caring people ! I will never ,ever , go back !

Cindy is probably the most amazing hair dresser one could ever ask! Not only is she so upbeat, positive and flawless but she know exactly what to do with your hair. My hair was dead/broken ends and had a horrible color job where my hair was yellow not blonde-she fixed it and my hair looks so natural! Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Cindy is the doctor of hair; and I am an extreme patient. She is the best, an artist with soul. I have been going for many years on and off...trying friends, etc., but I always find my way back to Cindy. NO ONE does my hair better. I will no longer stray :)
