Owner was very impolite. Started doing maintance (banging around, using drills) while I was still there, which was extrememly unprofessional. (do it before business opens or closes) And extrememly inconsiderate of her employees. Secretary was snotty. And didn't greet me as I walked in the door. I'm an owner of two businesses and the owner and secretary were an embarrasement. I will go to my stylist at her home so I don't deal w/ such an inconsiderate owner again and petty secretary.
