It would be nice if you posted your hours. Your answering machine goes on forever only to say nothing. I can find no way to contact a live human being to ask when you open and/or close.

To me customer service is more important than the product sometimes. I was hesitant about the health risks of tanning but expressed some concerns to the woman behind the desk and she eased my concerns. When i was given advice about the time to spend in the bed, and subsequently got burned I did express some frustration. A simple concern apparently offended her and she began name calling and told me my standards were too high. (Note: an even tan with no burn is apparently too much to ask) At this point the burn was no issue to me anymore I just couldn't believe how quickly she escalated a small problem to what it became. I have never before witnessed an employee treat a customer with such disrespect. The entire time she kept dismissing my concern saying what reputable people tan here and that they have been in business for 25 years. Good for them, but that doesn't erase a valid complaint from a paying customer. My experience here was beyond ridiculous it's hard to believe it happened.
