I went seeking a basic hair coloring (from brown to blonde), and 3 hours and $100 later, I left with a bright orange and yellow color. The person who worked on me seemed very clueless, constantly asking other employees for advice and assistance, and admitted at the end that it didn't turn out. She couldn't spend more time with me and said I could come back next week. NEXT WEEK? I went to another stylist who quickly and professionally fixed my color, who charged about half what Famous Hair did.
The topper to all of this is Famous Hair refuses to refund our money or even apologize for a terrible experience. They have ignored letters and were very rude over the phone. I am NEVER going there again for any reason.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was extremely satisfied with my beauty treatment. My stylist knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered perfect results. I will definitely be a regular customer here. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
