Deanna needs to buy some new towels, they smell really bad. I don't think she washes them, only dries. I had to shower when I got home because the rancid smell of the towels stayed on me. Please buy some new towels Deanna before you lose more customers.

I honestly cannot believe the brief experience I had at Deanna's Hair Salon in Wood Dale, IL. I called for an appointment 1 week in advance for my teenage daughter to have a single small braid done around her face and the rest of her hair curled. The owner said they had nobody who could accommodate this request. I then asked if my daughter could simply have her hair curled with a hot iron, without the braid, because I thought this would be an easier request. Again, the owner told me that there is nobody who would be available to help me. She didn't ask what time I could come and simply hung up with no explanation. I don't think I've ever known a business owner to turn away potential new clients so easily. It was very unsettling, almost as if the owner just didn't want to deal with me. It was so weird.
