They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
