Seriously the worst salon I have ever been to. I have gone to schools that did a better job than my stylist did and the staff was incredibly rude. I wanted to get my hair dyed for my bridals, a deep brown. The stylist, Connie, dyed my hair a blue black base. After going to 3 other salons, every stylist agreed it was a level 1 or 2 when I asked for a 4. It also took 2 hours and 30 minutes for a simple all over dye. When I tried to address it with the salon they offered to do a bleach bath and said it "wouldn't damage my hair." After trying to contact the stylist, talking to the manager, Joleen, going in before they closed and finding the salon had closed early even though I called ahead of time to make sure they were still open, we finally were able to get in contact with them a week later. By that time I had been rinsing my hair with stripping shampoo every day for about 20 minutes.

When I stated I just wanted a refund of the dye, they began yelling at me and my mother saying its my fault for asking for that deep of a color and refused to accept it was darker than anticipated. They kept on saying that they have been in the business for 25 years and know what they're doing. But my logic is, if they were good at what they do they wouldn't have had the problem in the first place. AND if they had treated me a bit nicer I might've accepted their offer to "try" to fix it. The thing that made me the most mad was when I directly asked the stylist if I could have a refund for the dye and she said "well if you didn't like it you shouldn't have tipped me 10 bucks." That alone shows how horrible their customer service is. I left crying. Not because my hair was ruined, but because of how horrible I was treated. No matter who was wrong and who was right, a company should NEVER treat a customer the way I was treated.

I will NEVER go back there and I hope that no one else gets sucked into their salon to experience horrible customer service and a huge waste of money and time.


Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
