Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. the staffs personal problems were more important than anything and they need a new manager she is not very buss. orientated
