I just received the worst haircut in my life from Winter! I asked for a short haircut so I could brush the sides back. On the top I told her I just wanted her to trim it so I could fluff it up.

First time a beautician has not used ANY water on my hair for a haircut!
She must have decided I wanted a "pixie" cut because when she was done she said "There's your pixie cut"??? I was then charged for a "styling haircut"! At that point, it was too late to do anything or say anything.
DO NOT LET WINTER CUT YOUR HAIR--that is my advice.
