Couldn't get through. Kept calling and would get a fax machine sound. No, answer. Bummed. Wanted to make an appointment and couldn't.

i went in for a trim. i saw tina. i told her i wanted a trim. she did not have a consultation with me. i told her not to wet my hair. i told her that my hair was curly and would draw up alot if she wasnt careful. i might as well have struck a match and lit myself on fire. i was BUTCHERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i told her to stop. she kept cutting. i told her not to layer it. she layered it. she even got attitude with me and my daughter. everyone was looking at me like OMG!! ( the customers and the stylists). she had no problem charging me for this and gladly took my tip. i knew she messed me up but had no idea of the damage till i got home. I dont want to go anywhere until my hair grows out. i spent the entire winter growing it so i could wear a longer stylle. well.. i guess i can wish in one hand and **** in the other. heres to a messed up summer. i went to another place and it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get it to look presentable. i have never in my life complained much less write a review, but i will never forget how bad i felt as long as i live. the worst thing is she told me to give it a few days to think about it--lady i didnt even give it a few hours. i wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy. i took pictures of what you did to me. if anyone wants to see--i will be glad to send them.
