The stylist was rude and conceited, more interested in touting her degree than in satisfying her customers. I went in with six inches of hair, intending to trim off no more than one or two inches. She left ninety percent of it on the cutting floor. Neither I nor my mother will be going there again.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
