I have called 3 times left messages 2 times and after 4 days received my service elsewhere! It might be advisable to this business to hirer someone to answer your phone OR at least listen to messages and return phone calls, if indeed "your phone call is important to us" !!!!!!! So very disappointed in the Hair Den.
